Galileo STP treats all personal information in full compliance with the provisions of Italian national regulations regarding privacy and in particular with Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Where the access to particular services is required further to the disclosure of personal data, in compliance with the disclaimer that is issued when subscription is made to the service and which can be viewed in another section of this site, the requested data has to be acquired to enable stipulating and managing the service contract as given in the general contract conditions and for all subsequent operations that the customer is interested in.

Galileo STP retains the technical data related to the logins to enable carrying out the security controls required by law, and in order to improve the quality of the services that are offered and to customise them to respond to our customers’ needs;

The personal data collected and stored in the Galileo STP database will not be disclosed to third parties, except as provided for by the disclaimer and/or by law and in the admissible manner thereto.

The person concerned is entitled to exercise the rights provided by Art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in particular receive confirmation as to the existence of any personal data, to have any data cancelled that are treated in violation of aforesaid law and to obtain the update and correction of the personal data, in the manner and cases provided for by the self-same law.

In addition, by exercising the right at any time to withdraw from all the services that have been requested, it will be possible to request that all the provided data be totally removed.

The owner of data processing is Galileo STP and it will use the data for those purposes outlined in the disclaimer. When registration is made to the various services or when they are accessed, the names of any other data processing holders and managers will be provided.

To ensure that all the activities relative to providing the services are carried out correctly, Galileo STP may disclose the personal data to other companies in the Galileo STP Group if necessary.

Using the services in the portal and/or giving approval to record those who surf in the site, ensures that the personal data that is provided to Galileo STP are correct, accurate and updated. Galileo STP also undertakes to update the registered data in order that they are constantly updated, complete and truthful.
