Based on all this experience, the "innovation toll-free number" aims at providing a fast and effective service, which will help direct enterprise in the search for the best solution in terms of  quality, time and cost.

The service is provided either via the web, by sending the form below, or directly by phoning the toll-free number 800 134431. In both cases a Galileo expert will examine the problem and will answer (giving the contacts that could provide a solution) within 24 hours from receiving the request. Obviously, if the problems are handled directly by Galileo STP, the person concerned will be immediately redirected to the relevant Galileo STP service.

The service will be accessible to all interested companies, and will be available from 9:00  to 18:00, from Monday to Thursday.
